[1] The original perpetual trophy (plaque) award was inexplicably lost in about 1997. In 2004 a non perpetual medallion with neck ribbon was given to the 2002 & 2004 recipients
[2] Non perpetual blue max on a neck ribbon hand made each year by Karl Kretschmer
[3] No record but Bobby has the Blue Max to prove it, likely awarded at a summer picnic.
[4] A perpetual trophy consisting of a metal 126 on wood block
[5] Missing as of 2004, possibly passed from Ron S. to Ron Almquist. A different 126 distance award surfaced in 2005 with dates 1983 – C. Robert Holland to 1988 Ron Almquist and is likely the forerunner of the Jack Green.
[6] The Bertha award was lost in about 1997. The 2003 Solt award was a non perpetual Eagle head. The 2004 was a framed non perpetual certificate with the Doc winged tooth on it.
[7] A perpetual wooden Dodo carving with base
[8] A perpetual white sculpted albatross on wooden base, new plate added for 2004 awards
[9] A perpetual trophy of and Eagle atop a wooden block
[10] A weighted wooden anvil with wings, panted gold in 2004 and wooden base and new engraving plate was added in 2005
[11] The award is a original water color of a glider dumping ballast with engraving plate
[12] Non perpetual: A pewter dog medallion, glider in mouth with pin ribbon crafted by John Yorston
